One Pro member upgrades the whole band

When any member of your band subscribes to Pro, the entire band gets Pro-level shared limits — 20 GB band storage, unlimited band songs, and 30-minute recordings. Your bandmates don't need their own subscriptions. Personal limits (private songs, personal storage) still depend on each member's own plan.

How it works

You'll never lose your work

When you hit a limit, R2R doesn't delete anything or lock you out. Your existing songs, recordings, and setlists stay fully accessible. You just can't add more until you upgrade or free up space.

Song limits

When you reach 10 band songs or 5 private songs on the Free plan, the app shows an upgrade prompt instead of opening the Add Song form. All your existing songs remain playable, editable, and recordable.

Recording limits

Free recordings auto-stop at 10 minutes. The recording up to that point is saved normally — nothing is lost. Pro extends this to 30 minutes and upgrades audio quality to 320 kbps stereo.

Storage limits

When personal or band storage is full, new uploads are blocked. Existing recordings play normally. Delete old recordings to free space, or upgrade for 20x more room.

Common questions

What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your subscription runs until the end of the billing period. After that, your account reverts to Free limits. All your existing songs and recordings stay — you just can't add new ones beyond the Free limits until you re-subscribe or remove songs.
If I'm the Pro member and I leave the band, does the band lose Pro?
Yes — the band's shared limits revert to Free when the last Pro member leaves. No data is deleted, but the band enters read-only mode for gated actions (adding songs, uploading recordings) until another member upgrades.
Do all band members need to subscribe?
No. One Pro member elevates the entire band's shared limits (band songs, band storage, recording length). Personal limits like private songs and personal storage depend on each individual member's plan.
Can I change between monthly and annual billing?
Yes — manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial. You get full access to every feature — setlists, events, rehearsal mode, practice mode, song discovery, and collaboration. The only limits are on song count, storage, and recording length. Upgrade when your band is ready.
What about early adopters?
Users who signed up before the subscription system launched are permanently grandfathered into Pro at no cost. Thanks for believing in R2R early.
